  1.     FMT.DOC is the original file which I downloaded from Gene
  2. Plantz' Chicago bulletin board.  It suggests editing out FMT.BAT,
  3. INPUT.BAT and a file called BRK, then converting BRK to CHK.COM. 
  4. These three files are part of this .LBR file.
  5.     I found the original program a little too austere, so I
  6. added a CHKDSK after formatting.  It goes away quickly.  If you
  7. want it to last, either remove the CLS's from FMT.BAT, or move
  8. them.
  9.     I needed to a batch of single sided, 9 sectors per track
  10. disk.  FMT-1.BAT and CHK-1.COM do this job in exactly the same
  11. way as FMT.BAT and CHK.COM do for double sided, 9 sectors per
  12. track.  They are also part of this .LBR file.
